CiaoTool Terms of Service

Last Updated: May 2026

Welcome to and thank you for using CiaoTool (hereinafter referred to as "this Website," "this Platform," or "we"). CiaoTool is a platform providing multi-chain Web3 tooling services, offering pathways to access various public blockchains and their smart contract protocols, including but not limited to Solana, BSC, opBNB, Base, X Layer, and IoTeX. It allows users to create and manage digital assets through tools such as token creation, multisender, liquidity management, and market-making management.

To use our website, you must utilize non-custodial wallet software (such as MetaMask, Phantom, etc.) to interact with public blockchains. Your relationship with such non-custodial wallet providers is governed by the applicable terms of service of that third party, rather than these Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement").

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please read this Agreement carefully, as it governs the terms and conditions of your access to and use of this Website. This Agreement contains important compliance information, disclaimers, and binding dispute resolution and arbitration clauses. By accessing or using this Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and fully agreed to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to any terms of this Agreement, please immediately cease accessing and using any services provided by this Platform.

1. User Eligibility and Access Restrictions

Eligible Users

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher), possess full civil capacity to enter into a legally binding contract, and not be restricted or prohibited from using this Website under applicable laws, in order to access and use this Website and the related tooling services provided by CiaoTool.

If you are accessing or using this Website on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you hereby represent and warrant that:

  • You have the requisite legal authority to bind such entity to the restrictive terms and conditions of this Agreement;

  • You possess the full power and proper qualifications to perform the obligations under this Agreement on behalf of such entity.

Geographical Restrictions

Although the core interaction logic of CiaoTool operates within your local browser environment, we strictly adhere to global digital asset regulatory policies. Any individual or entity located in, incorporated under the laws of, or serving as a resident of the following Restricted Regions is strictly prohibited from accessing or using this Website and related tooling services in any form or by any means:

  • Mainland China, the United States (including its territories and possessions: American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, the Northern Mariana Islands, and the U.S. Virgin Islands);

  • Other Restricted Regions: Belarus, Cuba, the Crimea region, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Iran, Iraq, New Zealand, North Korea, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, and Zimbabwe;

  • Any other jurisdiction where cryptocurrency transactions, token issuance, or the use of Web3 services are restricted or prohibited under local applicable laws.

International Sanctions

As an on-chain tool provider, CiaoTool refuses to provide any technical support to subjects of international sanctions. By connecting your non-custodial wallet to this Platform, you hereby represent and warrant that:

  • You are not listed on any applicable sanctions list;

  • You are not identified as a restricted person by any international organization, the United Nations, the European Union and its member states, the United States, the United Kingdom, or any other government or competent authority.

For the purposes of this Agreement, "sanctions lists" include, but are not limited to, any sanctions, Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) lists, or similar restriction lists issued or promulgated by the United Nations Security Council, the European Union, the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), the UK His Majesty's Treasury (HM Treasury), or any other competent authority.

Prohibition of Technological Circumvention

You explicitly agree that you shall not utilize virtual private networks (VPNs), proxy servers, or any other technological means or methods designed to conceal or obscure your true geographical location to circumvent, bypass, or attempt to circumvent the geographical or legal restrictions of this Website. Any such act of circumvention or evasion shall be deemed a material breach of this Agreement. Such violation may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your access privileges, and this Platform shall not assume any liability for any asset losses or legal liabilities arising therefrom.

Blocking and Termination of Access Rights

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to restrict your access to CiaoTool based on compliance reviews, risk controls, or upon receipt of legally effective directives or orders:

  • Frontend and Node Blocking: If we discover or detect that your operations violate the aforementioned geographical or sanction restrictions, we possess the right to immediately terminate the connection of your IP address or wallet address with the CiaoTool frontend dashboard and RPC nodes.

  • Disclaimer of Liability for Termination: Since CiaoTool is a purely non-custodial, locally executed tool, we are technically incapable of freezing your on-chain assets; however, we will permanently refuse to provide any relevant CiaoTool services to non-compliant users. The Platform shall not bear any liability or responsibility for any interruption of trading strategies, impacts on data performance, or indirect or consequential losses resulting from the termination of access rights.

2. Amendments to the Agreement

We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update this Agreement at any time at our sole discretion.

  • Method of Notice: In the event of any material changes or modifications, we will notify you by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this Agreement or by posting a prominent announcement on the Website.

  • Effective Date: Any and all modifications or amendments shall become effective immediately upon their publication or posting on the Website.

  • Acknowledgment of Acceptance: Your continued access to or use of CiaoTool following the publication of any modifications or updates shall be deemed as your unconditional acceptance of and agreement to the updated terms. If you do not agree to the modified or updated agreement, you must immediately cease all access to and stop using this Platform.

3. Intellectual Property and License to Use

User Content

As CiaoTool is a purely frontend Web3 SaaS tooling platform, we do not claim any ownership or title over any on-chain digital assets (including but not limited to deployed tokens and liquidity pools) created by you through the interface of this Website, or over any operational parameters inputted by you. You hereby represent and warrant that you possess full and complete legal control and ownership over all digital assets and related content deployed, interacted with, or operated through this Platform.

To ensure that our frontend architecture can accurately and without error deliver your on-chain instructions to the decentralized network, you hereby grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license solely to the extent necessary to maintain the normal operation of the services. This license permits the system to process, format, and broadcast your transaction instructions and non-sensitive operational data strictly within your local browser environment and public blockchain networks.

Platform Content

Except for your on-chain assets and personal interaction data, the CiaoTool website and all content provided therein—including but not limited to frontend interface designs, underlying interaction logic, defensive technical architectures, functional modules, texts, images, trademarks, and logos—are wholly owned by the CiaoTool team or its legally authorized parties, and are strictly protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable global intellectual property laws.

Without our prior express written permission, you shall not, in any form or by any means, reverse engineer, decompile, deconstruct, copy, modify, adapt, scrape, license, or sell the code or interfaces of this Platform, nor shall you utilize them for any commercial distribution or third-party integrations.

License to Use

Subject to your full compliance with the eligibility requirements and your strict adherence to all other terms and conditions specified in this Agreement, we hereby grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the interfaces and tools of CiaoTool solely for legitimate Web3 auxiliary development and asset management purposes. Except for the rights expressly granted to you under this Agreement, we reserve all other proprietary and exclusive rights not explicitly mentioned herein.

4. Privacy Statement

CiaoTool is committed to protecting user privacy, and our data processing practices adhere to the following principles:

  • Data Collection: We only collect on-chain information that is strictly necessary to maintain the normal operation of our tools, including your wallet address, transaction hashes, token names, and symbols. We do not actively or principles-based collect your legal name, contact information, or any Personally Identifiable Information (PII).

  • Third-Party Services: This Website may integrate third-party service providers. These third parties may acquire or obtain your information through public channels. We exert no control over the privacy practices of these third parties, and we strongly recommend that you review their respective and corresponding privacy policies.

  • On-Chain Publicity and Transparency: Given the inherent transparency of blockchain technology, all of your on-chain interactions are publicly accessible. CiaoTool assumes no liability or responsibility for any information exposed, revealed, or publicized on the blockchain in the course of your operations.

For detailed information regarding your on-chain operations and data processing on this platform, please refer to our independent Privacy Policy page.

5. Compliance and Taxation

User's Compliance Responsibility

CiaoTool serves solely as a technological provider of decentralized Web3 SaaS tools. The frontend interface and related tools of this Platform may be restricted or inapplicable in certain jurisdictions. When accessing and using this Platform (including but not limited to executing operations such as token deployment, liquidity management, multisender, or market-making management), you must independently ensure that your conduct fully complies with all applicable laws, statutes, regulations, and regulatory requirements of your jurisdiction. You shall bear the sole and exclusive responsibility for ensuring the legality and compliance of your own on-chain operations.

Tax Assessment and Reporting

You understand and agree that interacting on-chain using the auxiliary tools and related decentralized protocols provided by CiaoTool may trigger corresponding tax liabilities in various jurisdictions. These tax liabilities may include, but are not limited to, income tax, capital gains tax, value-added tax (VAT), or goods and services tax (GST).

Platform Disclaimer

It is your sole responsibility to determine, record, report, and remit the correct and full amount of any and all taxes arising from your on-chain asset interactions or tool usage to the applicable tax authorities. CiaoTool, acting strictly as a non-custodial technical interface:

  • Does not provide any form of tax, legal, or financial advice;

  • Is not responsible for assessing, determining, or evaluating whether your transactions are subject to taxation;

  • Will not calculate, track, coupon, withhold, or remit any taxes related to your digital assets on your behalf.

If you have any questions or uncertainties regarding your own tax obligations, you must seek independent advice from a qualified tax professional before conducting any on-chain operations.

6. Risk Disclosure Statement

By accessing and using CiaoTool, you acknowledge and warrant that you possess sufficient blockchain technical and financial knowledge to fully understand the inherent risks of decentralized systems, smart contracts, and digital asset interactions, and that you voluntarily assume any and all of the following risks:

Market and Asset Volatility Risks

The digital asset market is highly volatile, and the liquidity and prices of tokens may experience drastic fluctuations due to market sentiment, speculative behavior, or changes in global regulatory policies. Services such as market-making management, multisender, and liquidity management provided by CiaoTool are merely ancillary technical tools to assist in the execution of on-chain instructions. We do not provide any form of guarantee, warranty, or commitment regarding the market performance, liquidity depth, or profitability of any token.

Technical and Smart Contract Risks

Transactions on the blockchain are irreversible once broadcasted and confirmed within the network. Although CiaoTool's frontend tools directly invoke mature and official decentralized protocols, all underlying smart contracts may still possess inherent security vulnerabilities or code defects, and carry the risk of being subjected to hacker attacks. Furthermore, any individual may issue tokens without any threshold or restriction (including but not limited to fraudulent or counterfeit project tokens). You must independently perform due diligence to verify the counterparty or entity you interact with, and guard against any asset losses resulting from authorizing incorrect contracts or trading wrong assets.

Network Congestion and Execution Costs

The transaction costs (Gas fees or network miner fees) and confirmation speeds of public blockchain networks fluctuate significantly based on network congestion. Under extreme market conditions or during periods of heavy network traffic, your on-chain instructions may face severe delays, transaction failures, higher-than-expected price slippage, or abnormally high network fees. CiaoTool exercises no control over the operational state of the underlying public blockchain networks and shall not be held liable or responsible for any losses resulting from such network variables.

Human Operational Risks

CiaoTool grants you a high degree of customization privileges, under which you are independently required to configure all execution parameters for the tools (including but not limited to, distribution amounts for multi-address transfers, transaction frequencies and volume quotas for market-making management, and slippage tolerance tiers). Any and all capital or fund losses resulting from your personal operational errors, input of incorrect destinations or addresses, configuration of unreasonable parameters, or failure to properly safeguard your non-custodial wallet private keys shall be fully and solely borne by you.

General Disclaimer of Liability

You explicitly acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • No Responsibility for Variables or Risks: CiaoTool shall not be held liable or responsible for any of the aforementioned variables or inherent risks.

  • No Ownership or Control: The Platform does not own, operate, or control any underlying blockchain networks or third-party protocols.

  • Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform shall not assume any legal liability or responsibility for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (including, without limitation, loss of profit, loss of data, or total loss of assets) suffered by you during your access to or use of CiaoTool tools.

By accessing and using this Platform, you represent that you understand and agree to assume full and sole responsibility for all risks associated with your use of the services.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You explicitly agree that, in the course of accessing or using CiaoTool and various Web3 SaaS tools provided herein (including but not limited to token creation, multisender, and market-making management interfaces), you shall not directly or indirectly engage in, or attempt to engage in, any of the following prohibited activities or conducts:

Cyberattacks and System Disruption

Engaging in any conduct or behavior that attempts to disrupt, compromise, or interfere with the integrity, stability, and security of CiaoTool's frontend interfaces, RPC node infrastructure, or the underlying blockchain networks. This includes, but is not limited to: implanting or distributing malicious software (malware), launching Denial of Service (DoS) or Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks, engaging in unauthorized access (hacking), and executing unauthorized data tampering or manipulation.

Malicious Fraud and Misrepresentation

Utilizing the decentralized tools of this Platform to engage in any conduct aimed at deceiving, misleading, or illegally acquiring the property or assets of others. This includes, but is not limited to: issuing fraudulent or fake tokens (such as maliciously counterfeiting well-known projects), deploying smart contracts containing hidden malicious code (such as Honeypots, malicious minting or inflation contracts), or engaging in identity theft and impersonation.

Violation of Securities and Derivatives Regulations

Engaging in any conduct that violates the laws, rules, statutes, or regulatory requirements of applicable jurisdictions regarding securities, commodities, or derivatives trading. You solemnly promise not to utilize the token creation, multi-address distribution (multisender), or automated trading tools provided by CiaoTool to conduct unregistered or illegal securities issuances (such as illegal ICOs/IDOs), or to illegally provide, market, or promote leveraged products and other regulated financial derivatives to retail customers in Restricted Regions (including but not limited to Mainland China, the United States, etc.).

Malicious Market Manipulation and Non-compliant Trading

Engaging in any malicious manipulation behavior that violates the laws of applicable jurisdictions and is aimed at defrauding or exploiting retail investors (including but not limited to malicious Pump-and-Dump schemes).

Compliant Use Declaration: The trading volume bots and market-making management tools provided by CiaoTool are designed solely to offer compliant, legal, and professional liquidity management and on-chain data optimization services for Web3 project owners. You hereby covenant, represent, and warrant that when utilizing the aforementioned tools, your usage must be strictly confined to legitimate purposes of market-making maintenance and liquidity construction; it is strictly and absolutely prohibited to utilize or leverage them to implement financial fraud, market manipulation, or to maliciously harvest, exploit, or defraud the market.

Violation of Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions Regulations

Utilizing the non-custodial nature and on-chain interaction functions of this Platform to engage in any form of money laundering, terrorist financing (CFT), or to evade, bypass, or circumvent economic sanctions and export control regulations of applicable jurisdictions.

Intellectual Property Infringement

Copying, modifying, adapting, reverse engineering, decompiling, or commercially distributing any code, interface designs, trademarks, logos, proprietary technologies, or functional modules of this Platform without prior express written authorization and license from CiaoTool.

Other Illegal Activities

Engaging in any conduct that violates the laws, rules, or regulatory requirements of the United States, Mainland China, the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United Nations, or any other relevant and applicable jurisdictions, including but not limited to non-compliant conduct in financial sanctions, anti-money laundering (AML), combating the financing of terrorism (CFT), and export controls.

Any violation or breach of the above provisions shall be deemed a material breach of this Agreement. CiaoTool reserves the absolute right to immediately terminate or restrict your access rights to the platform's frontend interface and RPC node infrastructure, and possesses the right to cooperate fully with the lawful investigation requirements, subpoenas, or directives of relevant law enforcement agencies and judicial authorities.

8. Service Neutrality

The core positioning of CiaoTool is that of an objective, neutral Web3 infrastructure and frontend technology provider. All interactions, operations, and transactions you perform on or through this Platform are based entirely on your own independent will, autonomous business decisions, and commercial judgments.

Functional Purpose of Platform Content

Any functional interfaces, operation manuals, user guides, data dashboards, or technical guidelines displayed or made available on this Platform are solely and exclusively for the purpose of clarifying the underlying operational logic and usage methods of the tools.

No Solicitation or Offer

In any jurisdiction, the aforementioned content and information do not constitute, nor shall they be presumed, construed, or implied to constitute, a solicitation, offer, or express or implied recommendation for the purchase, sale, holding, or market-making management of any digital assets.

No Professional Licensing or Advice

We do not possess the requisite legal qualifications or licenses to provide financial, legal, or tax consulting and advice.

User's Independent Due Diligence

Given the highly speculative and risky nature of the digital asset market, you must independently perform your own comprehensive due diligence before utilizing the tools of this Platform to implement any on-chain strategies, and seek independent advice from licensed professionals where necessary.

9. Non-Custodial Architecture and Absence of Fiduciary Duty

Non-Custodial Platform

CiaoTool strictly implements and adheres to the non-custodial security standards within the Web3 sector. Our architectural design ensures that all transaction signatures involving asset transfers are independently completed within your authorized local wallet environment. This Platform does not provide any form of asset custody accounts, nor will it ever intercept, upload, store, or back up your private keys, mnemonic phrases, or wallet passwords. Therefore, you must bear the full and sole responsibility for maintaining the secure environment of your local device, the proper safeguarding of your private keys, and the absolute accuracy of every on-chain authorization.

The legal relationship between you and CiaoTool constitutes solely and exclusively a relationship between a "technical tool provider" and a "user". Neither this Agreement nor any of your invocation or invocation-based behaviors regarding this system shall create or be deemed to create any factual or legal trust, fiduciary, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between the parties.

This Platform does not provide any form of custodial asset accounts, nor does it constitute a broker, custodian, or any other financial service entity, and it does not participate in any fund flows or investment activities.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CiaoTool and its team expressly disclaim any statutory or equitable fiduciary duties to you or any third party. You hereby unconditionally and irrevocably agree to waive the right to assert any claims, demands, or seek accountability against this Platform based on trust or fiduciary duties.

10. Force Majeure

This Platform shall not bear any legal liability or responsibility for any performance failure caused by, or resulting from, events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of god, wars, network service provider failures, public blockchain node failures, hacker attacks, or sudden regulatory or policy changes).

As a pure frontend SaaS application built and operating upon decentralized networks, the stable and continuous operation of CiaoTool heavily relies on external public blockchain infrastructures and third-party nodes. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CiaoTool assumes no liability for breach of contract, nor any indemnification or compensation obligations, for any service delays, interruptions, strategy execution failures, or data anomalies directly or indirectly caused by events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Such force majeure events and technical exceptional circumstances include, but are not limited to:

  • Routine Force Majeure Events Natural disasters (such as typhoons, earthquakes, floods, etc.), acts of god, wars, terrorist attacks, riots, civil commotions, major strikes, epidemics, pandemics, or mandatory government epidemic prevention, quarantine, and control measures.

  • Blockchain Underlying Infrastructure Failures Situations where the applicable public blockchain networks (such as Solana, BSC, Ethereum, etc.) experience extreme network congestion, hard forks, mainnet downtime, large-scale node offline status, 51% attacks, or other network consensus mechanism failures or anomalies.

  • Third-Party Protocol and RPC Interface Anomalies Underlying smart contracts of official decentralized trading or exchange protocols (such as PancakeSwap, Raydium, Meteora, Bonk, etc.) encountering hacker attacks, exploiting of code vulnerabilities, or forced upgrade shutdowns; as well as third-party RPC node service providers or API providers experiencing severe disruptions, outages, or Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks.

  • Sudden Regulatory and Legal Policy Changes Sudden restrictions, bans, prohibitions, or strict compliance regulatory actions introduced, promulgated, or enforced by any jurisdiction targeting digital asset trading, decentralized finance (DeFi), Web3 automation tools, or related cryptographic technologies.

  • User-Side Communication and Hardware/Software Failures Interruption or instability of the user's local internet connection, destruction or failure of local hardware equipment, crashes or anomalies of third-party non-custodial wallet extension software (such as MetaMask, Phantom), or infection of the user's local operating or computing environment by malicious software, malware, or ransomware.

Absolute Asset Control and Disclaimer Notice

We hereby specifically and explicitly declare: even if the aforementioned force majeure events or circumstances cause the CiaoTool frontend interface to be completely inaccessible, or cause your market-making management strategy to be unexpectedly suspended, your core digital assets and authorizations are always securely, immutably recorded on the decentralized blockchain and remain fully and exclusively controlled by your local wallet private keys. You can independently take over, manage, and interact with your assets at any time through other official entry points, protocol alternative websites, or blockchain explorers.

CiaoTool shall not bear any legal or financial liability, responsibility, or compensation regarding any missed trading opportunities, failure to meet expected market-making management targets, wasteful or unnecessary consumption of Gas fees, or any indirect or consequential financial losses caused by the aforementioned force majeure or technical exceptions.

11. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

As a service provider offering decentralized Web3 frontend tools, CiaoTool is committed to resolving issues through efficient technical and communication means. For any disputes, claims, causes of action, or controversies arising out of or relating to this Agreement or your access to and use of the CiaoTool interface and tools, you and we explicitly agree to resolve them through the following mechanisms:

Mandatory Informal Negotiation

Prior to initiating or launching any formal arbitration or legal proceedings, you explicitly agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through informal negotiation channels. You must transmit a formal written notice to our official email address (support@ciaotool.io), describing in reasonable detail the nature of the dispute, the underlying factual basis, and the specific remedies or solutions you seek. Both parties agree to engage in good faith communication and negotiation within thirty (30) days upon our receipt of such written notice.

Binding Arbitration

If the dispute remains unresolved upon the expiration of the informal negotiation period specified above, except for specific exceptions expressly provided below, both you and CiaoTool explicitly agree to submit the dispute to binding final arbitration proceedings, rather than filing or initiating a lawsuit in a court of general jurisdiction. Both parties hereby expressly, knowingly, and voluntarily waive their respective rights to a trial by a judge or a jury in a court of law.

Governing Law and Procedural Framework

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the enforceability, interpretation, construction, and procedures of this arbitration agreement shall be governed by, construed under, and enforced in accordance with the United States Federal Arbitration Act (FAA, 9 U.S.C. § 1 et seq.). Regardless of your actual geographic location or residency, the procedural and substantive provisions of the FAA shall apply exclusively to the arbitration of any disputes involving or related to the use of CiaoTool tools.

Class Action and Representative Action Waiver

You and CiaoTool explicitly, mutually agree that any dispute resolution, arbitration, or litigation proceedings must and can only be conducted solely in your individual capacity. You hereby irrevocably and unconditionally waive the right to participate as a plaintiff, class representative, or class member in any contemplated class action, collective action, private attorney general action, or any consolidated representative proceedings. The arbitrator shall possess no authority or jurisdiction to preside over, manage, or consolidate any form of class or representative claims.

Exceptions to Arbitration

The following specific types of disputes are exempt from and not subject to the mandatory arbitration provisions set forth above:

  • Intellectual Property Protection Either party seeking emergency injunctive relief, specific performance, or other equitable remedies from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect, enforce, or defend intellectual property rights (including but not limited to actions addressing CiaoTool's code anti-tampering, frontend UI/UX designs, trade secrets, trademark infringement, copyright violations, and reverse engineering, decompiling, or scraping behaviors).

  • Small Claims Court You may bring and maintain an individual action in a small claims court of competent jurisdiction in your local region, provided that your claim qualifies under the applicable jurisdictional monetary thresholds and limitations.

Limitation of Action

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, any claim, controversy, or cause of action arising out of or related to this Agreement or the access to and use of CiaoTool services (including but not limited to operations involving Volume Bot, token creation, liquidity management, etc.) must be filed within one (1) year from the date on which such event or accrual of the claim occurred. If it is not filed within this one-year period, such claim or cause of action shall be deemed permanently waived, barred, and extinguished.

Notwithstanding the mutual agreement on FAA governance and the aforementioned waiver and limitation clauses, if the mandatory consumer protection laws of your applicable jurisdiction impose absolute contrary mandatory provisions regarding mandatory arbitration, class action waivers, or limitation of actions, and such provisions cannot be legally excluded or contracted around by agreement, then to the specific extent of such irreconcilable conflict, the mandatory consumer or local laws of your jurisdiction shall prevail.

12. Handling of Breaches and Violations

Limited Data Disclosure and Cooperation with Investigations

CiaoTool reserves the right to review and monitor platform usage. Under circumstances where we deem it absolutely necessary—in order to cooperate with lawful investigations, subpoenas, or compliance complaints from relevant law enforcement agencies and regulatory authorities, or to identify, contact, or pursue legal actions against any individuals or entities that may damage, disrupt, or interfere with CiaoTool's infrastructure (including but not limited to the frontend interfaces, RPC nodes, or sandwich/MEV defense mechanisms) and legitimate rights—we may disclose limited, non-sensitive operational data in our possession in accordance with the law (such as connected wallet addresses or interaction logs).

We may also disclose such information when required or permitted by applicable law, including exchanging network data with other compliance agencies, judicial organs, or cybersecurity organizations for the purpose of preventing digital asset fraud, money laundering, and other illicit activities.

Accountability for Breach and Recovery of Costs

You explicitly understand and agree that your access to CiaoTool services is a revocable privilege and not an absolute right. If CiaoTool suffers losses, damages, or is forced to initiate legal actions or arbitration proceedings against you due to your material breach of this Agreement (including but not limited to implementing cyberattacks, illegally evading geographical restrictions, engaging in malicious market manipulation, or abusing our SaaS tools), to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CiaoTool reserves the right to recover from you all reasonable attorneys' fees, litigation costs, arbitration expenses, and related enforcement expenditures incurred therefrom. This right of recovery shall be cumulative and shall not affect, prejudice, or impair any other legal or equitable remedies, damages claims, or reliefs we are entitled to by law.

13. Contact Us
