CiaoTool Privacy Policy

Last Updated: May 2026

Welcome to CiaoTool (hereinafter referred to as "this Platform," "we," or "us"). We profoundly understand the paramount importance of privacy and asset security to you, and we are steadfastly committed to adopting the highest industry standards of security measures to safeguard your information.

This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy") is designed to transparently explain how we process relevant operational data when you utilize various Web3 tooling services provided by CiaoTool, including but not limited to multisender, token creation, liquidity management, and market-making management functionalities.

CORE COMMITMENT

CiaoTool strictly adheres to the architectural principle of "purely frontend, local execution". Your private keys, mnemonic phrases, and core asset authorization data are processed and executed exclusively within your local device environment. We will never intercept, upload, store, backup, or transmit any such sensitive information to any external servers or third parties.

1. Introduction

As part of our daily business operations, CiaoTool collects necessary information from users and potential users solely to provide them with on-chain Web3 tooling services. We are dedicated to protecting your personal data and on-chain asset security; your privacy is of critical importance to us.

This Policy applies to our data processing methods when you visit the website [https://ciaotool.io] and its affiliated sites, as well as when you use the token creation, multisender, liquidity management, and market-making management tools provided by CiaoTool. Please note that this Platform is not directed to individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect any personal data or information from minors.

2. Allocation of Responsibilities and Third-Party Declarations

Unless otherwise explicitly stated, CiaoTool is responsible for the data protection of this Website.

In order to execute blockchain transactions, this Platform integrates or supports third-party electronic wallet extensions, including but not limited to MetaMask, Phantom, WalletConnect, etc. From both a legal and privacy perspective, these wallets and their associated accounts are neither operated nor controlled by us. All on-chain interactions executed through this Platform are performed directly via smart contracts on their respective public blockchains (such as Solana, BSC, Ethereum, etc.).

3. Data Processing Principles

To provide efficient and secure blockchain development and asset management services, our data processing mechanisms during your use of the Platform are established as follows:

  • Private Keys and Wallet Information All operations involving wallet private keys (such as transaction signing, liquidity provisioning, batch buying/selling, and market-making management execution) are completed entirely within your browser's local environment. The system is technically incapable of, and strictly prohibited from, reading, extracting, or retaining your private keys, mnemonic phrases, or wallet authorization passwords.

  • Decentralized Interactions Your multi-address transactions and smart contract operations directly invoke official, decentralized protocols (such as PancakeSwap, Raydium, Bonk, etc.). Capital and fund routing do not pass through the CiaoTool backend, ensuring that your funds remain permanently under your autonomous and exclusive control.

  • Node and Network Communications Your transaction instructions are broadcasted directly to the blockchain networks (such as Solana, BSC) via RPC nodes. We do not interfere with, nor do we have the capacity to alter or tamper with, any on-chain data.

4. Operational Data and Performance Analytics

To continuously optimize the user experience of CiaoTool and enhance the responsiveness of our tooling suite, we may collect anonymous, non-personally identifiable basic operational data:

  • Technical and Network Information This includes your wallet public key addresses and publicly accessible on-chain network information regarding transactions. Your transaction instructions are broadcasted directly to the blockchain networks via RPC nodes, and we do not interfere with or tamper with any data broadcasted to the chain

  • Usage and Browsing Data This covers information regarding how you interact with our services, such as page views, click frequencies of specific functionalities, and error logs. Such information undergoes rigorous anonymization and de-identification processing, is utilized solely for analyzing user behavior and optimizing tool performance, and cannot be used to identify the real-world identity of any specific user. Information about how you use our services (such as page visits, the frequency of specific feature usage, and error logs). This information is strictly anonymized and is only used to analyze user behavior and optimize tool performance. It cannot be used to identify the real identity of any specific user.

  • Communications and Support Information When you contact our support team (e.g., to obtain technical assistance or request the Fund Security Assurance), we will record the content of the communication to monitor and improve our service quality.

  • Form Information Parameter configurations and inputs entered by you into the frontend forms are utilized exclusively to generate corresponding on-chain instructions locally on your device.

5. Data Security Safeguards

We have implemented appropriate structural architectures and routine protective safeguards to enhance the integrity and security of data:

  • Serverless Dependency Architecture The core interaction logic and transaction signing of CiaoTool are implemented entirely within the frontend code. This architecture fundamentally eliminates the possibility of cloud-based data leaks from the underlying level, ensuring that core sensitive data never leaves your local device.

  • Compliance and Risk Notifications Although we utilize decentralized and localized architectures to protect your data to the maximum extent, please be advised that no network service can guarantee absolute security. In the event of a security incident affecting your non-sensitive operational data, we will notify you through website announcements or emails in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

6. Information Sharing and Disclosure

Except as required by applicable laws and regulations or to maintain our legitimate business interests, we will never sell, rent, trade, or otherwise disclose your information to third parties. We will only make disclosures on a strict "need-to-know" basis and will require such third parties to maintain strict confidentiality. Because CiaoTool’s product architecture inherently refrains from collecting your core sensitive asset data, the risk of exposing your private keys or asset control rights to any third party is mitigated at the root level.

When you utilize our Website, we may adopt standard practices by using cookies, pixel tags, or other tracking tools to enhance your user experience, collect information regarding your website usage, and remember your preferences and settings.

8. Policy Updates

In alignment with the continuous evolution of Web3 technologies and the ongoing iterations of CiaoTool's product features, we may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We strongly recommend that you regularly review the latest version of this Privacy Policy prior to experiencing any new functionalities.
